Hydraulic Forging Knuckle Press J84 GK Series
The machine body of the J84 series hydraulic forging knuckle press adopts an integral structure. The operating mechanism is a crank toggle mechanism, and the press can be held at the dead center and pressurized for a 1/18 cycle.
The indicated value of the electric seal height device is 0.01mm, and the hydraulic or mechanical lower ejector device is adopted.
Features

The J84-250, 400, and J84-630 adopt wet integrated friction clutch/brake. The J84-800 series and GK series adopt dry split friction clutch/brake.

The whole machine is controlled by PLC, with good precision and beautiful appearance, and is suitable for various pressure settings and extrusion processes.

If you have a 30-ton hydraulic forging knuckle press, it will only apply 30 tons of pressure. Or, if you set the stress level to be smaller, it will only release that level of stress. Once this level is reached, a safety valve is opened which will not allow the hydraulic forging knuckle press to exceed this level.

The hydraulic forging knuckle presses use fewer moving parts and reduce noise levels. Since you have full control over the hydraulic press, this means you can also control the noise level.
