J84 GK SERIES KNUCKLE PRESSES

The machine body of the J84 series knuckle presses adopts the integral structure. The operating mechanism is the crank toggle mechanism, and the presses can remain and pressurize for 1/18 cycle at the dead point.

The indicating value of the power-driven sealed height device is 0.01mm; the hydraulic or the mechanical lower ejector device is adopted.

The J84-250, 400 and J84-630 adopt the wet-type integrated friction clutch/brake; the series about J84-800 and GK series adopt the dry type split friction clutch/brake.

The whole machine adopts the PLC control, and it has the good precision, beautiful appearance, and is suit for various pressure-sizing and extrusion processes.
